People Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the full employee life cycle from recruitment to offboarding

- Administer Payroll

- Coordinate benefits administration including enrollment and changes

- Lead operations related to team development and offsites, in partnership with 17a leadership

- Work with the Head of Network to collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement

- Communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations to employees, and support the Head of Compliance to ensure HR compliance administration

Skills:

- Proficient in payroll systems and administration

- Strong knowledge of benefits administration processes

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels

- Collaborative mindset and interest in joining a small, tight knit team!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
