Workforce Management Analyst - ENTRY LEVEL

As the Workforce Management Analyst, you will understand business requirements and participate in Business Unit and practice leadership meetings to champion headcount and affordability tracking providing an informed perspective on supply and demand issues and opportunities.

You will work closely with the Business Unit & Region leadership to provide advice and guidance that aligns with top leadership goals for headcount and affordability, ensuring proper staffing levels for projects and lead workforce solutions with talent acquisition and Fulfilment representatives for a business unit, driving the strategy, direction, and coordination of resource demands (internal and external) for business constituents.

You will serve as the point of contact for business, coordinating across other stakeholders, partners and business leaders to resolve issues, prioritize requests, and share best practices. You will be responsible for data analytics around resource management performance to assist resource managers and drive continual improvement and process/tool optimization.

In partnership with strategic workforce operations and transformation leaders you will execute on staffing plans to address workforce needs and close critical workforce gaps, overseeing governance of resource management for your area.

Responsibilities:

A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of the vendor management/resource management area

Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways, is always willing to learn something new

Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. When needed, shares the outcome of the analysis with diverse stakeholders.

Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.

Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.

Uses knowledge to independently resolve complex issues.
Works in a proactive way, is willing to drive discussions and influence the other stakeholders
Has a strong sense of ownership.


Key Qualifications

BA/BS degree and 0-2 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
