Our content and relationships in the communities we serve is as grass roots as it gets covering and working with local creators, businesses, professional sports teams, entertainment, law enforcement, community members, & political leaders.


Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Sales Division unpaid internship program. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to sales operations in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Interns will have the opportunity to work closely with seasoned sales professionals, contribute to team goals, and develop valuable skills in lead generation, client outreach, Customer Relationship Management, and sales strategy.

 

This Internship is Not Affiliated with The Schneps Media Creative & Multimedia Intern Program


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in researching and identifying prospective clients and sale opportunities
  • Support the sales team with data entry and CRM updates
  • Prepare and organize sales materials and presentations
  • Shadow sales calls and meetings when appropriate
  • Participate in internal team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions
  • Assist with outbound email campaigns and outreach performance metrics
  • Support ad hoc administrative and sales-related tasks as needed


     

Qualifications:

  • Current undergraduate or graduate student (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred)
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales or business development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn in a collaborative team environment

These connections can lead to valuable networking opportunities. Interns will have the opportunity to connect and work with these professionals.
  • Academic Credit: Interns will receive academic credit for their participation in the program through their College Program.
  • Job Location: Our internship opportunities offer flexibility, with positions available for in-person and fully remote, depending on the specific needs of the position.
