Responsibilities
As we continue to grow our business, we are seeking to add additional consulting Analysts to our staff. This position will have the opportunity to gain increasing responsibility quickly with demonstrated performance in an entrepreneurial environment.
Sample activities include:
- Conducting in-depth research and data collection for compensation and financial analyses
- Preparing exhibits and other materials for client presentations
- Assisting in developing recommendations for new strategies, program designs and pay levels with regard to salary, short-term and long-term compensation
- Modeling the financial impact of recommendations under various scenarios
- Recognizing legislative, plan design, and accounting/finance terminology, and ensure proper usage in written documents
- Participating in team sessions focused on problem solving

- Strong intellectual curiosity
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Experience with Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team on multiple projects while managing various deadlines and providing technical and analytical support
Education / Experience:
- Outstanding academic record
- Significant coursework in economics, mathematics, statistics and/or accounting
