2026 Ember Fellow

The Ember Fellowship is a program for recent grads to work in high impact roles at startups, tech companies and high growth businesses. We provide training so you are prepared to contribute on day one and with an AI-first mindset. We work with companies in select cities so you experience work and life alongside a cohort of like-minded and values-aligned peers. You’ll get unique access to leaders in your ecosystem and launch your career with a competitive advantage in tech.

Ember was started by former founders and alumni of Venture for America and inspired by the experiences and successes shared across 13 years and 1,600+ alums.
