Client Acquisition & Marketing Contractor
Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-oriented freelance marketing and client acquisition contractor to generate paying clients for meditation coaching. This role is ideal for someone experienced in wellness, small business marketing, or client outreach who thrives on tangible results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients (local gyms, wellness studios, corporate offices, schools).
- Run online marketing campaigns (Instagram, LinkedIn, email).
- Organize and promote free or donation-based workshops to generate leads.
- Schedule and follow up with interested prospects.
- Track leads and client conversions.
- Optional: assist with content creation (videos, posts, testimonials).
Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in the U.S. Unfortunately, due to contract restrictions, we are not able to consider candidates on a visa at this time.
- Experience in marketing, client acquisition, or business development (preferably in wellness or coaching).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Results-oriented and able to work independently.
Compensation:
- Commission-based, performance-based, or small retainer + commission.
- Example: 20–30% commission on revenue from clients secured.
- Flexible structure depending on experience and results.
Timeline & Expectations:
- Immediate start.
- Goal: secure first 5–10 paying clients within 8 weeks.
- Opportunity to continue longer-term.
- The role is very part-time to start, with the opportunity to grow into a longer commitment. It is expected that candidates are comfortable working in a contract, remote capacity.
