Role Overview

We’re seeking a motivated Junior Broker to support our retail brokerage team with both leasing and business development. This is an ideal role for someone looking to build a career in retail real estate with direct deal making experience.
 

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead canvassing, prospecting, and generating new business opportunities.
  • Support senior brokers with deal outreach, follow-ups, and presentations.
  • Attend property tours, client meetings, and industry events.
  • Prepare marketing materials, tour books, site packages, and proposals.
  • Maintain internal databases, deal pipelines, and CRM systems.
  • Conduct market research, property surveys, and competitive analysis.
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • 1-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, retail, leasing, or sales.
  • Strong interest in retail, urban markets, and deal-making.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and mapping tools a plus.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Real estate salesperson license or willingness to obtain one.
