Roger Vivier – PR Internship
Roger Vivier is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented intern to support the PR & Communications team with placement tracking and sample trafficking. This role offers hands-on experience within a luxury fashion house and is ideal for a student interested in fashion PR, editorial relations, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with sample trafficking, including coordinating the shipment and return of products for editorial shoots and stylist placements
- Maintain and update placement tracking reports with accuracy and consistency
- Organize and manage inventory logs and sample databases
- Support the team with Excel-based tracking, reporting, and data entry
- Ensure timely follow-up on sample returns and placement confirmations
- Assist with general administrative and PR tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ability to manage spreadsheets, track data, and maintain accuracy)
- Interest in fashion, media, and public relations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, proactive, and reliable
