Duties / Responsibilities:
•
Read and understand construction plans and documents
•
Prepare thorough takeoffs and estimates for a wide variety of projects (large and small)
•
Build and maintain relationships with general contractors
•
Meet deadlines and process any request throughout projects in a timely manner
•
Work directly with management team
•
Fluent with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, takeoff and estimating software, and other computer-related programs
