Social Media Engagement & Community Management Intern

REQUIREMENTS
We are currently seeking a student for a minimum of 3 month for our social media engagement & community management internship with a focus on building and interating with our social media communities.

The candidate should have a strong interest in and experience with managing communities on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok. The person should also have an understanding and appreciation for 1 Atelier’s brand DNA and its mission. The ideal candidate is motivated to take initiative and self-lead while completing tasks. 
Lastly, it's all hands on deck in a startup so this person needs to be willing and comfortable doing anything that comes up, as we all are doing!  

We prefer someone available at least 3 days a week and/or 20-25 hours a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Build and Engage with the 1 Atelier communities, including, but not limited to commenting on followers pages and like posts daily
  • Perform regular audits of 1 Atelier’s social platforms
  • Help compile social listening, engagement, and growth reports
  • Partner with Content Creator and CEO on social media strategy 

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with established and emerging social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate and meet deadlines
  • Has a distinctive visual eye and knack for social storytelling
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn new skills in the world of social media
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about the growing the luxury industry
  • Able to multi-task and take initiative
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Hardworking and dedicated
  • Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly

START DATE
Immediately for Spring or May/June for Summer
