Multimedia Internship: Global Incubator for Women
As we move into the next phase of our development, we are seeking a talented writer/creator to assist us in developing our content for 2022. This is an opportunity to work directly with our founder and take an active part in creating our voice and communication style.
As one of our interns, you will assist in shaping and communicating our narrative by:
- Gathering and telling stories of women from around the world
- Shining a spotlight on the women from our pilot cohort
- Assisting in fostering conversation in a diverse community of changemakers
Note: Though we are founded in the U.S., our focus is completely global, so our messaging reflects that.
Areas with which you will assist:
- Development of our content (writing, audio, video)
- Fostering conversation on social media (with supervision and training)
- Analyzing & reporting effectiveness of social media
- Fostering and monitoring topical trends in our conversations
Qualifications:
- Currently studying or recently graduated from a journalism/digital media program
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience with social media platforms
- Globally- and socially-focused, tolerant, conscientious, committed to integrity in all areas
- Extreme attention to detail, high level of accountability and timeliness
- Self-propelled, curious, communicative
Scheduling & Location:
Work will be done remotely, and on your schedule provided it coincides with our timelines. We will create this in partnership with you.
