The Role:
We are currently offering a paid internship program (with the ability to earn a success fee) in the acquisitions department where you’ll learn, hands-on, all facets of real estate. You’ll be given the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and get involved in sourcing real estate deals.
What Will You Do?
  • Learn the Fundamentals of understanding a market, making cold calls, canvassing, prospecting and getting meetings.
  • Learn how to develop relationships that turn into actionable deals.
  • Learn how to evaluate property and use this information to help develop a targeted canvassing program.
  • Network with industry professional at events and hands on learning opportunities.
What we are looking for:
  • Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or masters program.
  • A “Make it Happen” drive and insatiable pursuit for learning.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Team Player striving for group success.
