Responsibilities:
· Work closely and collaborate with a team of technical and business members in an agile environment
· Design and implement Java based applications
· Understands business requirements to develop solutions that meet the business needs
· Interprets technical specifications to design functionality using best practices and guiding principles
· Analyze and Investigates defects
· Provide technical expertise to analysts and business
· Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
· Four-year degree with a preferred major in a computer-related field, mathematics, or business; or equivalent experience.
· 3-4+ years of experience in all phases of software development including design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and establish working relationships with individuals.
· An unquestioned ability to retain confidential business and personnel information.
