Investor Relations Intern
We are looking for an Investor Relations Intern to join our team in NYC. The Investor Relations Intern will work with the senior advisory team to help U.S. and international publicly-traded companies manage their communications with the financial markets and reach new shareholders.
What you will do
- Analyze client and peers’ fundamentals, shareholder bases, and investor ownership
- Perform comprehensive benchmarking and competitive analysis for clients
- Assist in development of content for quarterly financial results
- Research and target prospective investors and sell side analysts
- Manage and organize logistics for investor conferences, non-deal road shows, earnings calls and investor meetings
- Create presentations and other communication materials for industry conferences, presentations to investors and sell side analysts
- Assist with new business development through researching prospective clients and industries
What we require
- Excellent Excel skills
- Good written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Advanced Excel skills preferred
- Ability and willingness to work hard during busy periods—energetic, upbeat and collaborative personality
