Investment Sales Associate

As an Investment Sales associate at B6, you will:

  • Assist in originating new business through cold calling, business development, and networking efforts.
  • Update all owner/building information on a regular basis.
  • Provide support as it relates to the negotiation of commercial real estate transactions.
  • Research and collect comparable sales statistics.
  • Categorize all contact information for mailers.
  • Receive, sort, and update all incorrect mailing addresses.
  • Constant updating of building information (vacancies, trades, listings, stores).
  • Updates on territory news - transportation news, community information, political figures, boards, etc.
  • Be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with property owners and deliver exceptional execution for exclusive listings in New York City.
  • Lead tours of investment properties to potential investors.
  • Handle incoming phone calls from potential buyers and/or clients.
  • Work with the team to ensure that all owners receive in-depth weekly reports regarding the team’s listings.

Qualifications:

  • New York State real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one)
  • Bachelor and/or Advanced Degree: Finance, Business, Real Estate, or similar
  • 1+ years Experience in Sales and Cold Calling
  • Strong client service orientation
  • Potential to originate new business.
  • Effective communication & interpersonal skills
  • Passion and a desire to build a career in commercial real estate.
  • Proven track record of success: personal achievements, leadership roles, or sports
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
