Operations Manager

S&W Metals is a metals fabrication company, with 12MM in revenue and a 100,000 sq ft operating plant, owned by a small private equity group with long term hold intentions. S&W Metals is looking for a business or MBA graduate to learn the business and grow to become a member of the management team.  The candidate should be willing to learn all functions of the business and spend time working both directly with the president and any other member of management. The company is looking for a creative, hardworking and flexible candidate that can grow with the business as it seeks acquisitions and develops its management team.  Salary is open.
