Department Overview

We provide technical support services for a few systems used to manage the design and construction projects

 

Intern Roles & Responsibilities

Intern will:

  • Help users and resolve tickets related to technical issues for Asite application.
  • Manage logins and account access, including passwords and security steps.
  • Keep ASITE running smoothly by fixing workflow issues.
  • Use Active Directory and One Identity ARS to manage user accounts.

Preferred Qualifications

Computer Science / Computer Information Systems

 

Required Qualification

Currently matriculated CUNY student.
